10:00am – Bluey and Bingo welcome all children to Central Stage. Singalong with Bluey and Bingo who are visiting Roma’s Easter in the Country for the very first time. For all the kids and those young at heart this will be a show not to be missed!
11am – Country Music’s newest sensation Lilly Grace. Lilly Grace is heading to Tamworth in 2022 with 4 Tamworth Songwriter Award nominations. These include Country Rock Award, Local Heroes Award, new Songwriter of the Year Award and Youth Award. At the young age of 16, Roma is catching a glimpse of Lilly Grace on the road to Stardom. Show and Shine Vintage Cars

Everyone knows that motor sports and activities are a big attraction at Roma’s Easter in the Country and 2022 is not exception. We have action plus and high stakes at the speedway, drag car racing, motor bikes at the Motocross and fun and frivolity at the Mud Buddies. For those who like a slower pace we also have a big display of vintage cars. Joining the vintage car in our Saturday morning activities will be a Show and Shine on the eastern end of McDowall Street. If you wish to take a leisurely drive to Roma for Easter in the Country and show off your pride and joy in your motor vehicle this is just for you. There will be heaps of trophies to be won! Motorbikes, 4×4’s and BNS utes all welcome! Open to all models and makes. Cruise through the town all weekend and display your vehicle as part of the Easter Saturday street festival (all entries access display area from the easter end of McDowall Street). This activity is organized and run by the West Side Car Meet.

Street Parade

This annual parade show-case Charities, Businesses, Sporting and Recreational Clubs, Schools in Roma and surrounding Districts. With Floats in different shapes and sizes. This parade is a must see in Roma’s Easter in the Country Festival. Commencing at Spencer Street and moving through Charles and Gregory Streets.

Motocross Club Day
Venue: Roma & District Motocross Club, Kimblers Road, Roma
Time: 9:30am practice round. Racing starts at 10:00am

Up the Creek Garage Museum
Venue: 14 George Street, Roma (just behind Shady’s Lagoon / 15 minute walk along the Adungadoo Pathway from The Big Rig / 10 minutes from the Post Office.)
Cost: $20 Single Adult, $30 Double/family for a day pass, Under 18’s FREE.

From Cars in the Garden (commemorating the Aussie Car Industry) to incorporating over 800 pictures of road trips of Australia, USA and New Zealand. A fabulous collage of photos that tell a million stories and a visit not to be missed when you are in town for Roma’s Easter In The Country. This is a museum full of memories.
Incorporating a Aussie Holden Museum (with a difference). Art and murals, get your kicks on Route 66 in a 1969 Mustang or travel the Warrego Hi-Way (old Hi-Way 54) in the Maranoa Travel 1966 XP Falcon ute.

St Paul’s Anglican Church will open Easter Saturday and visitors are most welcome to view the wonderful stained-glass windows and the magnificent building.
The Roma Historic Car Club will display their cars in the carpark behind St Paul’s following the Easter Parade on Saturday. Tea, coffee, morning tea available for purchase plus a plant stall.

St Pauls Anglican Church will be hosting the Historical Car Club in the car park behind St Pauls following the Easter Parade on Saturday. The Church will be open for visitors and tour guides available for window tours. Tea, Coffee and morning tea available for purchase plus a small plant stall.
Helicopter Rides

Cost: $95 PP Min 2 people includes 5-7min flight approx. 1 circuit around Roma
Seeking adventure this Easter? This flight will give you a bird’s eye view of the whole town. It will certainly thrill! There will be a minimum of 2 passengers per flight, maximum of 4.
